Sometimes the game won't connect and I can't tell if it's a wider issue or something on my end. Then I find three different forum posts saying three completely different things.
Is there one official place to check maintenance notices and update-related problems before spending an hour troubleshooting my PC?

Patch notes are useful too, especially if the problem started immediately after an update.
A few people saying "servers are down" doesn't necessarily mean the entire game is down.

Then collect the error message, approximate time, and relevant system details. If it persists, report it through official support rather than relying entirely on forum speculation.
